WHAT is UVtextures?
UVtextures is a free on-line library of background images and textures.

WHO is UVtextures?
The 3-D designers Bezrukova Natalia (Faraon) and Ivanov Dimitry (ID) created UVtextures.
Faraon has been working in the computer game industry since 2003. ID has been a 3-D designer since 2002.

HOW is UVtextures different from other texture libraries?
UVtextures is intended specifically to meet the needs of computer game designers. In our own work, we seldom had such visual reference materials available to us. As a result, each time we worked on a design project we had to photograph what we needed. Over the years we amassed an enormous collection of image files. So we decided to create the UVtextures library so that our work could benefit other game designers.
